Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will offer you exchanges for up to two (2) weeks with receipts (sorry, no refunds), as long as the items are in the same condition as they were sent out. We will split the cost of shipping on exchanges. That is, you pay for the shipping to us, and we will pay the costs to ship the exchanged merchandise back to you. Just send us an e-mail to hammer out the specific details of the process. Please insure and track your return packages. Matilda's Boutique will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
Repairs
Our handmade jewelry is skillfully and lovingly crafted. In the unlikely event that an item purchased from Matilda's Boutique breaks, we will be happy to repair it for up to one month after receiving your item(s), with receipts. Contact us through our contact form to let us know what happened and to which item as soon as possible. We will communicate on how to send your piece(s) to us, with all components (or as many as possible). Please remember that the items from Matilda's Boutique are handmade and unique. If there is significant bead loss, or you have lost a special component (such as a pendant) we can't guarantee that we will be able to replace the original materials. Some of our items are one-of-a-kind or antique. Should this happen to you, we will do our best to closely approximate the original design. Depending on the design, the beads, and / or a particularly rare pendent, we may charge a nominal fee. However, the labor will be free of charge as long as it is within one month of the receiving your item(s). As with the return policy we will split the cost of shipping on repairs. That is, you pay for the shipping to us, and we will pay the costs to ship the repaired merchandise back to you. Also, please insure and track your return packages. Matilda's Boutique will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is strongly recommended.
